When booking a session (or package of sessions) with Kerstin Francis – Life Coach, you are agreeing to the following:

Scope of Services:

Transformative life coaching – sessions are either 60 min or 90 min

Fees and Payment:

Payments must be made prior to the session/block of sessions.

Client Responsibilities:

To attend coaching sessions as agreed 

To select topics for discussion 

To set and pursue meaningful goals 

Coach’s responsibilities: 

To manage the coaching process (including timekeeping) 

To maintain confidentiality (subject to certain exemptions)

Adhere to ethical standards

Confidentiality:

Kerstin Francis – Life Coach states that all information shared during coaching sessions will be kept confidential, with exceptions for legal or ethical reasons. 

Refunds

If you need to reschedule a session, a minimum of 24 hrs notice period is required otherwise the session will be charged in full. Any refunds for future sessions that have already been paid for – but are no longer required – an agreement can be discussed.

Kerstin Francis – Life Coach is not responsible for the client’s outcomes or actions taken based on our coaching conversations.

Kerstin Francis – Life Coach cannot guarantee specific outcomes from your session.
